  • MIPWORLD, our online matchmaking community, that includes the database of registered delegates and their product information. Access is given when you register for MIPTV featuring MILIA - you are automatically sent a personal login & password. You can therefore prepare your show to the full by contacting other delegates (i.e. future business contacts) right before the show.
  • Discover a handy Welcome Pack
  • Hotel reservation service (available for participants without stand only)
  • The Exhibitor’s Technical Manual presents all the necessary information to set up your stand.
  • Use dedicated MIPTV banners to place on your website should you wish to link it to ours. You can personalise this banner with your booth number before displaying it on your website.

  • MIPTV featuring MILIA Magazine Preview Edition
    Sent to all delegates before the show, this magazine means you arrive in Cannes fully up to date on what's in store.
  • Organise your tax refund
    All non-French delegates are eligible for a tax refund. Tevea International, our official tax representative, will be present onsite in the Registration Area during the market.     You may also ask for VAT refund by yourself. Please consult the French Customs website.
  • Arrange an Event

  • Guide Collection Point (Registration Hall)
    Your FREE copy of the full MIPTV featuring MILIA Guide is available at the dedicated desks. Please present your badge to collect it.
  • The Participants’ Club (Special marquee located next to the Registration Hall)
    This Club reserved for participants without a stand offers: meeting area, bar, hostesses to help organise your meetings and free WIFI service.
  • Buyers’ Club (Special marquee on the seafront)
    This club is intended for invited senior acquisition executives from television and distribution companies. A lounge area with WIFI service and bar will be available upon presentation of your badge.
  • The VIP Club (Special marquee on the seafront)
    A lounge area with WIFI service and bar will be available to VIPs.
  • Media Center (Gare Maritime next to the Palais des Festivals)
    Our International Press service is in constant liaison with the international trade and general press, and is on hand to help you to increase your visibility at the market.

    Providing a complete range of services such as restaurant and taxi bookings, flights, helicopter, shuttle, spa reservations, tourism and various information, a concierge will welcome you and help you in every way in order to facilitate your stay in Cannes.

    To help with any technical queries concerning your stand. You can also use this desk as a meeting point with the decorators.
MIPTV featuring MILIA 2008 Free Shuttle Service
A shuttle service is provided for hotels situated outside Cannes. This is a complimentary service for our participants*. The Shuttle buses will be parked along the Pantiero Esplanade, next to the Harbour and Maritime Station.

  • Internet Zone
    Internet Café offers Email points and a Plug and Play area. Free Wifi Service will be available:
    - In the Participants’ Club located in Azur Exhibition Hall, next to the Registration Hall.
    - In VIP Club and Buyers’ Club located in a special marquee on the seafront.
    - In Media Centre in the Maritime station
  • Wi-Fi Connection
    Available in the Palais via the SFR Network. Sessions can only be purchased online and onsite :
    - Switch on your wifi system and select the SFR Network (SSID)
    - Launch Internet Explorer or other browser : SFR homepage will appear with instructions on how to purchase the access

    The Luggage Transfer Desk provides transfer of your luggage from the Palais des Festival to your hotel (in and around Cannes). Non-Member can also benefit from this service for 5 euros.
